Elsbeth is a Fitmommi of three (ages 10, 6 and 8 months). She and her husband, Greg, are happy to raise their family in their lifelong hometown of Leesburg. Elsbeth is working on her Masters in Counseling at George Mason University, but is currently taking some time off to be home with her baby girl, Gretchen. Elsbeth enjoys being active with her little ones and teaching them the importance of staying healthy and staying fit! Elsbeth is so grateful for the energy FitMommi gives her both physically and mentally. Exercising with other young moms while having the luxury of built-in baby care is such a treat!
