Stroller Fitness

  

The stroller fitness class is an aerobics class for moms, offering a chance for moms to bond with their infant or child, burn calories, boost endurance and improve cardiovascular health. It is designed to decrease stress and help moms recover from pregnancy by targeting areas of the body that may have changed.

A stroller is recommended but not required. All equipment is provided free of charge.  Children of all ages are welcome to attend.  And don't forget to bring a water bottle - you'll need to stay hydrated during this workout!  Moms may also want to bring a blanket if you have a small child, as they can join you on the floor for the stretching and abdominal workout portions. 

All attendees must be cleared by their physician to participate six weeks after giving birth.
